Changing the temperature of your environment can help turn around some MS symptoms
MS is a neurological disease that is caused by the loss of the protective coating that helps to conduct electrical impulses to and from the brain. Hot temperatures can temporarily worsen symptoms of MS because heat further impairs the ability of a damaged nerve to conduct electrical impulses. People living with MS can reverse certain symptoms caused by heat by cooling the body down, and people may function better in colder temperatures.
